Who I Am

I’m an AI and data advisor, speaker, and decision-focused consultant working with organisations at critical moments in their data & AI journey.

My work sits at the intersection of:

• AI and data strategy

• leadership decision-making

• Real-world organisational constraints

I focus on business problems and outcomes tied to ROI, starting with discovery to define a clear path to production-grade solutions.

What I’ve Done

Over the years, I’ve worked with organisations at different stages of AI maturity, from early discovery to course correction after stalled or failed initiatives. I’ve advised leaders accountable for board-level AI outcomes, not experiments, helping them avoid common missteps and make confident decisions early. Across industries, the pattern is consistent: clarity at the start changes everything that follows.

Most organisations don’t need more AI ideas. They need fewer, better decisions.

Speaking & Public Work

Alongside advisory work, I speak and write on AI, data, and leadership, focusing on practical adoption and decision-making over hype. I’ve spoken at Big Data London, TechEx CDO Exchange, and the Cardano Summit.

Top AI Expert

Recognised as a Top AI Expert for contributions to applied AI thinking and leadership education

This public work is not marketing — it’s an extension of the same advisory philosophy I bring into client work.

My role isn’t to push AI forward. It’s to make sure it moves in the right direction.

How I Work

I work directly with senior leaders through focused, time-bounded engagements.

My approach is

01

Business-first, not technology-led

02

Independent, not vendor-aligned

03

Focused on decisions before delivery

This structure keeps the work unbiased, senior, and outcome-driven.

A Simple Philosophy

AI is not a technology problem. It is a decision problem. Everything I do is designed to help leaders handle that problem well.

The Next Step

If you’re facing meaningful AI decisions this year, we can explore whether a focused sprint is the right next step.
